In mid December of 2021, I dreamt of scattering my dad's ashes into a vast & wild ocean. In the dream were 3 circling stingrays. I had the distinct feeling that all was 'in place' & I should have faith to follow inner guidance. The quietness of the canvas became that place of 'grace' where I was able to feel the depth of my loss.

I have pondered the significance of the triad of 3 stingrays & settled on : Harmony, Wisdom & Understanding. Dad valued heartfelt harmonious relationships; he had painfully acquired a deep level of mindful understanding on the many difficult circumstances over the course of life; & at 95 years of age had discovered a level of wisdom, dependent on the inter-relationship of both - head and heart.
